Our Team

Bob is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where he supports Trilon’s growth while focusing on cultural stewardship, talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and total rewards.  Prior to joining Trilon, Bob was the Chief People Officer for Brown and Caldwell, an ENR top ranked firm focused on water engineering and consulting.  Bob has a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their greatest potential and ambitions.  He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Canisius College.     

Michael is Trilon’s Chief Strategy Officer. His expertise is in strategic growth, M&A, and operational performance. His passion is bringing together high-performing teams to solve complex projects. Prior to joining Trilon, Michael worked at AECOM, leading Strategy & Growth for the Americas and running a 350-person, West Region AEC services business. He was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, from 2009 to 2014. He is currently a Director of non-profit A Place Called Home. Michael graduated with honors from Harvard and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Charul Doshi is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilon Inc and is responsible for all finance areas.

Prior to this role, Charul spent ten years in finance and investor relations leadership roles at Lumen Technologies and most recently served as Director of Corporate Finance. During her tenure, Charul was instrumental in transforming core finance processes of forecasting and budgeting and responsible for capital markets planning, financial reporting, Board of Directors financial updates along with other special projects. Charul has held roles in Private Equity and early-stage Venture Capital areas and has additional experience in building a medium sized technology business.

Charul received her Bachelors in Engineering degree from Mumbai University and her MBA from University of Colorado at Boulder.

David is the Chief Information Officer for Trilon, leading our technology strategy to enhance client service, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth through digital innovation. With a successful background at Amazon Web Services as a global industry leader and as a former Chief Information Officer at AECOM, David brings a wealth of experience in leading teams to modernize with technology and deliver digital solutions. He is dedicated to inspiring our people to dream big, unleash their potential, and excel in the ever-evolving world of technology and innovation.

Mick Gronewold, PE, serves as the Midwest Platform Chief Executive Officer of Trilon Group, leading three of the region’s premier infrastructure consulting firms: Fehr Graham, Gonzalez Companies and The Mannik & Smith Group. Together, these firms rank among the 10 largest in the Midwest, delivering innovative, community-focused infrastructure solutions. With more than three decades of experience at Fehr Graham, Mick combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of the engineering business to guide the success of Trilon’s Midwest Platform. His passion for solving complex challenges and his commitment to excellence inspire teams to deliver projects that improve communities. Under his guidance, the Midwest Platform firms continue to set the standard for innovation and collaboration.

Michael is Chief Executive of Trilon and is a driving force behind our vision of building an enduring business in this sector. Michael was the Chief Growth Officer at AECOM a world leader in infrastructure consulting. He was the CEO of Cardno, an engineering and environmental firm previously listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (CDD). He is an Independent Director of Opteon (property appraisal) and was an Independent Director on Nasdaq listed NV5 (NVEE). Michael graduated with honors from Central Queensland University and attended Harvard Business School advanced management program.

Tom is Chief Corporate Development Officer. In this role, Tom is focused on growing the Trilon Group’s portfolio of infrastructure consulting firms through targeted M&A. Prior to joining, he worked at Aether Investment Partners as an Investment Director, where he focused on private investments across infrastructure, natural resources and related sectors. Prior to joining Aether, he worked at a financial services start-up that was acquired by Envestnet, Inc. (NYSE: ENV). Tom graduated from the University of North Carolina where he studied Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Larry is the President of Trilon Transportation. His background in civil engineering spans over 30 years having started in stormwater engineering and expanding his knowledge into overseeing civil engineering projects in the transportation, municipal, and Federal/Department of Defense markets. Larry has served as an executive and board director for the past 20 years. He learned early in his career that delivering projects you are proud of requires a deep understanding how that work impacts the communities you serve. Larry is focused on applying his business and engineering knowledge to support growth and opportunity for professionals in the A/E/C industry.

Thomas is Trilon’s Water and Municipal Platform Interim President responsible for supporting its continued growth. He has 20 years of experience in the water industry leading design projects for clients around the world.  Prior to joining Trilon, Thomas was Vice President and Senior Director, Strategic Projects with Brown and Caldwell. There he led the Data Center & Mission Critical and Chemicals & Energy market sectors. Thomas graduated with high honors from Vanderbilt University and has an MS in environmental engineering from Auburn University.  

Peter-John (PJ) is the President/CEO of CPH, LLC.  PJ graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering. He has over 28 years of experience with CPH designing and managing projects for local, national and municipal clients.  PJ has served as the program lead for several national commercial programs having projects throughout the eastern US and Puerto Rico.  In addition to his design and program management experience, PJ has served in several executive roles at CPH including Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Executive Vice President, and as a member of CPH’s Board of Directors for over 15 years.
